Steve-Owner
Steve created Hatch Pest Solutions in March 2017. He started with a large fortune 500 company over 31 years ago, running a route in the Inland Empire. He quickly learned this business and found out that he loves solving problems, building successful teams and winning year after year. As a top manager for that company, he was often asked to take on special tasks of training others such as the manager for Hong Kong and many associates from across the US. Eventually he realized that he could bring his knowledge and experience to the wonderful local customers. On Steve’s down time he enjoys spending time with his family, his two daughters and four grandkids. He loves to BBQ, boating and enjoying the water, playing darts, and he also plays the keyboard!
Ryan- Advanced Technician
Ryan was born and raised in Nebraska. He enlisted into the United States Marine Corps right out of high-school as a Military Police Officer, where he served at Twentynine Palms here in California. He served between 2016-2020. He began working with Hatch Pest Solutions in September of 2021. In Ryan’s free time he enjoys playing videogames, spend time with family and friends, and is pursuing an online education. His focus is business administration. Ryan’s favorite part about working for Hatch Pest Solutions is the rewarding feeling of helping people and meeting all of our wonderful customers.
Nick- Advanced Technician
Nick was born and raised in Northern California. There, they graduated high school and went on to pursue a higher education from the local Junior College, later transferring to CSU Stanislaus, where they majored in Liberal Studies with a concentration in special education. Nick worked several odd jobs while going to school and after graduating, they started working in the pest control industry in late 2017. They are happily married with their high school sweetheart and share their home with their 5 cats. In their downtime, they enjoy a wide range of hobbies including baking, candy making, sewing, hiking, and tabletop gaming. Nick started with Hatch Pest Solutions in the spring of 2024 and their favorite part of working in the industry is seeing the relief in the faces of their customers after an issue is resolved.
Lisa- Office Manager
Lisa joined our team in June 2019. With years of customer service experience she can help provide service quotes, schedule appointments, and help manage your account! She is extremely knowledgeable and can help answer all of your questions!
Kevin- Senior Technician
Kevin joined our team in November 2018. With over 17 years of experience, he is a great technician that specializes in outstanding customer service and pest free commercial accounts. Kevin is a huge Lakers, Dodger and Ram fan and enjoys rooting for his teams! He also loves spending time playing Texas Holdom and fantasy football with friends.
Blake- Advanced Technician Supervisor
Blake joined our team in February 2022. With over 15 years of construction experience, he is able to provide great pest proofing! He also enjoys learning and growing with the company! In Blakes down time, he enjoys fishing, camping, coaching baseball and spending time with his friends, family and two boys. He also enjoys watching his favorite sports teams! He is a huge Raiders, Lakers and Angels fan!
Heather- Social Media Manager/Office Assistant
Heather joined our team in January of 2021. With 17 years of customer service under her belt, she is here to help you with managing your account and scheduling your services! She also helps keep you up to date on our social media accounts and answering questions through Yelp. In her down time Heather enjoys spending time with her friends and family, experiencing new places and raising her two boys!
Jessica- Office Assistant
Born and raised in sunny Southern California, she now travels full time with her significant other (High Voltage Lineman) around the United States in their 5th wheel working remotely. Jessica joined the team in April of 2024 as an Office Assistant. With a background in both HR and Executive Administration for Fortune 500 companies in Southern California. Throughout her career Jessica has organized multi-day corporate events with 400 attendees. Jessica relies on her finely honed organizational skills, attention to detail and quick wit to get the job done. In her free time Jessica enjoys crafts and cooking. Although, her favorite way to pass the time is weekend adventures and deep sea fishing.
