Terms + Conditions
All equipment delivered/used by Hatch Pest Solutions that relates to pest elimination/control services (including but not limited to, bait stations) is at all times the sole and exclusive property of Hatch Pest Solutions. Customer will have no right to ownership of said property. Customers will not remove any equipment without prior written consent of Hatch Pest Solutions and must return all equipment promptly following the expiration or termination of the Service Agreement for any reason. Customer is responsible for any loss, damage, theft or destruction of said equipment.
Hatch Pest Solutions agrees to provide all parodic services in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with Hatch Pest Solutions current standard written procedures. Materials and methods of application used in the performance of such services will conform to applicable Federal, State Laws and Regulations.
Hatch Pest Solutions will inform Customer of any sanitation &/or structural deficiencies that are seen by Hatch Pest Solutions that could contribute to pest infestations. Customer is responsible to correct these issues in a timely manner.
Hatch Pest Solutions will charge the credit card on file once Invoice reaches 16 days overdue. Should legal action be required in order for Hatch Pest Solutions to enforce payment under the Service Agreement. Customer agrees to pay &/or reimburse Hatch Pest Solutions for all reasonable court costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees and other reasonable costs that may be incurred in such proceedings. If Hatch Pest Solutions fails to provide the services in accordance with the terms of this Service Agreement, Customer must give written notice to Hatch Pest Solutions to remedy the deficiency by specifying the aspect of the service that was found to be deficient. If the deficiency has not been corrected within thirty (30) days of such notice, Customer will have the right to cancel the Service Agreement. This Service Agreement has an initial term of one (1) year and will automatically renew until terminated by either party.
This Service Agreement Reflects the entire understanding of the parties and superseded all previous and contemporaneous Service Agreements or understandings between the parties, both written and verbal concerning the subject matter of this Service Agreement.
Customer Commitment
Customers are entitled to the guarantees set forth above only if payment of Customers account is current and Customer has complied with all of the following:
*Provided Hatch Pest Solutions with access to all areas of the service location at the appropriate time of day, including locked area that need to be services.
*Allowed adequate time for service to be performed.
*Maintained Service Agreement periodic scheduled services.
*Promptly corrected sanitation/structural deficiencies noted by Hatch Pest Solutions service professionals
*Not moved. Destroyed or altered any bait stations.
*Complied with the obligations otherwise set forth in this document.
Factors Beyond Hatch Pest Solutions Reasonable Control
With regard to all pests treated by Hatch Pest Solutions, HPS does not guarantee Customers will never see another pest on Customer’s premises. Pests may gain entry with deliveries, guests, structural defects or a variety of other means which Hatch Pest Solutions cannot reasonably control.
